Katsu curry with breaded tofu

Golden breaded tofu and sweet potato in our rich katsu curry sauce with rice and pickled vegetables. This meal is packed with flavour and is high in protein, which helps with recovery from exercise.

Ingredients

cucumber, extra firm tofu (Soya), carrots, unsweetened Soya milk, sweet potato, long grain white rice, gluten-free breadcrumbs, radish, rice wine vinegar, onion, spring onion, coconut sugar, banana, apple, ginger, gluten-free flour, cold-pressed rapeseed oil, Celery, dijon Mustard, mirin, tamari (Soya), garlic, Indian spice blend (cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, black pepper, coriander seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, paprika, cardamom, nutmeg, chilli powder, mace, cloves), turmeric, vegetable bouillon, iodised salt

HOW TO HEAT
