coconut milk, coconut rice (long grain white rice, coconut milk), extra firm tofu (Soya), pak choy, green beans, aubergine, carrots, sweetcorn, tomato, spice paste (onion, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, chilli pepper, black pepper, fenugreek seeds, Mustard seeds, turmeric, coriander seeds, cinnamon, paprika, nutmeg, chilli powder, cardamom, mace, cloves), bell pepper, lime juice, cold-pressed rapeseed oil, tamari (Soya), tamarind, coconut sugar, turmeric, lemon zest, iodised salt
