Pea and spinach pancakes with cashew cheese
These bright green little savoury pancakes are a great way to sneak some greens in at breakfast. Made with gram (chickpea) flour which is higher in protein than most flours.

unsweetened Soya milk, green peas, gram flour, cashew cream cheese (Cashews, lemon juice, nutritional yeast flakes, garlic, iodised salt), spinach, mint, chives, baking powder, iodised salt

HOW TO HEAT
Can be eaten hot or cold. If heating, remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Microwave on full power for 1 minute until piping hot.
