Indian mung bean stir fry with rice

Hearty mung beans stir fried with classic Indian spices, grated beetroot and coconut. Mung beans are high in fibre and protein so can help keep you fuller for longer.

beetroot, spinach, mung beans, long grain white rice, carrots, dessicated coconut, coriander, Mustard seeds, coriander seeds, garlic, cold-pressed rapeseed oil, lemon juice, cumin seeds, chilli powder, turmeric, iodised salt

HOW TO HEAT
