Jackfruit and tofu corn tortillas

Not your typical store-bought fajita kit! Tender oyster mushrooms, jackfruit and tofu marinated in authentic spices with tomato salsa, in fresh corn tortillas. Jackfruit is high in fibre and contains flavanones which have anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients

jackfruit, onion, bell pepper, yellow masa corn flour, black beans, tomato, oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, tamari (Soya), coconut sugar, coriander, red wine vinegar, garlic, lime juice, Moorish spice blend (coriander seeds, cumin seeds, allspice, paprika, cinnamon), tomato puree, paprika, iodised salt

HOW TO STORE

Keep refridgerated and consume before the 'best before' date

HOW TO HEAT

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes until piping hot.
