A sweet, salty, and fragrant rice noodle dish with veggies and crispy tofu pieces. Contains pak choy which is full of calcium, needed to maintain healthy bones.

Ingredients

rice noodles, pak choy, extra firm tofu (Soya), bean sprouts, mange tout, bell pepper, spring onion, lime juice, nut and seed crumble (sunflower seeds, Walnuts, Almonds, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, Sesame seeds), cold-pressed rapeseed oil, lemongrass, tamari (Soya), chilli pepper, coconut sugar, coriander, tamarind, garlic

HOW TO HEAT

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes until piping hot.
