Buckwheat crepes with yoghurt and fruit compote

Light and fluffy crepes served with yoghurt and blackberry compote. Despite its name, buckwheat is naturally gluten free and high in fibre, several minerals and antioxidants.


Soya yoghurt, pear and berry compote (pear, apple, blackberries, coconut sugar, lemon juice), unsweetened Soya milk, buckwheat flour, gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, dried yeast, iodised salt, baking powder
