Savoury tomato and sage muffin

A savoury muffin packed with the bold flavours of sun dried tomatoes and sage. The batter is made with pureed butternut squash which is packed with beta-carotene, which has important antioxidant properties.

gluten-free flour, Soya yoghurt, sundried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, butternut squash, coconut sugar, gluten-free oats, lemon juice, cider vinegar, dijon Mustard, sage, iodised salt, bicarbonate of soda

HOW TO HEAT

Can be eaten hot or cold. If heating, remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Microwave on full power for 1 minute until piping hot.
